Abstract:
Favorable to innovation organization needs to maintain the creative process and provide opportunities for the emergence, data collection, evaluation, and implementation of ideas positively evaluated up to the successful market launch of new products. Promote the development of innovative capacity of the enterprise may be the organizational culture. Organizational culture, being by nature social innovation, enables organizational change according to the needs of innovative enterprises, as well as create the necessary motivation among staff to implement them. At the same time, a conscious and deliberate control over the processes of cultural development in the enterprise can significantly affect the innovative activity of the staff.
